Over the last decades, the newsstand was the vehicle for the majority of print media sales. The cover image and cover lines were critical for brand reach and customer acquisition. In the past years, this has shifted. Though there is still readership for print media, the digital experience has become more relevant to today’s consumer. As a Fashion Director for renowned print publications, Kate sourced the clothing and styled the looks that defined the brands for which she worked. She was an integral part of large scale photo shoots which she also often directed. She started styling and art directing cover shoots in her early 20’s with legendary photographers, celebrities, and models.
